There are A LOT of organizational websites and apps to help you keep track of your daily lives, including Wunderlist, Evernote, Todoist, and Any.do. If you don’t have one yet, you should also check out the website Google Keep, which is connected to your Google Drive. (Google Keep is also available as an app for your phone.)
The concept is simple – you keep “notes” on the screen, which can include voice memos, images, or even checklists of things you want to do. You can make your notes different colors to separate personal notes from your work notes, for example. Everything syncs in the cloud, so you can access the notes from anywhere.
Google Keep is not as robust as some of the other options out there, but it’s free and very easy to use. If you’re already a heavy Google apps user, this addition will fit in nicely.
